It Turns Out Teachers Are Not Perfect

Sunny's teacher told her that an apology wasn't enough to make up for hurting her friend's feelings today. I have to say that I very respectfully disagree. Sunny's heart was broken after school because she knew that she really can't do anything but offer her apology. I mean, really, beyond some strangely contrived act of attrition--like writing a book about dinosaurs and dedicating it to him. And she's dutifully engaged in writing that book now instead of doing her homework because she feels guilty.
